Hello Again 

I hope you are all having a great weekend so far .... I have a few projects to share with you ..

PROJECT 1 .

This I made for a friend of ours who has finished paying off her mortgage .... A HUGE cause for celebration .... I certainly can not wait till ours is paid off thats for sure ...

OK ... so the project ... nearly all of this is made from Crafty-Emblies ... LOVE their stuff ... the kennel is a bird house which once assembled I painted brown then used a sharpie marker to give the wood grain effect on the walls.  The flower boarder is actually the balloon border which I just painted white and added a flatback pearl to the centre of each ... I LOVE the small toadstool it is just soooo cute ... I cut an arch from black card to glue to the front of the bird house to cover the small hole for the birds to get in and to make it into the doorway for the kennel.  The dog is a stamped image which I decoupaged to give it a more 3D effect.

I then decided to add the tree to the front and the lamp post to the back which I think finish it off.  I made a display box to put it in and our friends really LOVED it ... it was so much fun to make .

PROJECT 2

Project 2 is a gift keepsake card for my wonderful friend Heide Wright who lives in Australia .... she has just had a beautiful baby boy who they have called Krystian ...

This is from a template that I have and is made from card .... I made the highchair liner from fabric and lace and added lace to the outside of the chair too ...
