Family plaque

Hello everyone and a very happy 2016 to you all .....

My first make for Fernli Designs this year is a 'Family Plaque'

I started by using the Plaque-with-5-hearts and some extra hearts which are also on the website ..

I covered both plaques and all the hearts in Designer paper and trimmed the edges with Washi tape.  I then inked around the edges with green ink.

I used Florishes 3 set which i heat embossed using the Wow "Sensational Sage"  ... it doesnt show in the photo but it is a beautiful sparkly green.

The last thing to do after adding all the ribbon was to write the names of the family members onto the hearts ..

This really was a very quick and easy make yet I think it works really well ... and is a nice thing to have hanging in someones home .
